New Lawn, hedge planting and Crazy paving

We’d like to level out our back lawn, remove existing planter boxes and fill in an old concrete septic tank (underground, the sandpit currently sits on it. See photos) and plant hedging. Out the front we need paving laid in the sunken courtyard and new lawn laid. Possibly some help with adding some new plants to the new garden.
