5m x 7m lawn orginally laid with ready lawn but due to drainage issues has turned into weeds. Lawn needs to be dug up, drainage (Novacoil) laid, sand base laid on top, topsoil replaced and lawn laid (or sown).

Todd and his team at Feature Landscapes did a fantastic job of my lawn drainage, re-lay and paving. Todd met with me several times onsite before commencing the job to ensure that he had the requirements absolutely correct and then he and his team executed on that perfectly. The quote Todd provided for this work was very competitive and he stuck to it completely for the work outlined in the quote. Further to that, there were several agreed extra's undertaken outside of the original quote that I did not have a fixed price for but was pleasantly surprised when the final bill came in for those extras. The most impressive part of working with Todd was the communication. This is an area where I have struggled with tradesman multiple times but Todd's communication and commitment to timelines was excellent. Overall I can highly recommend Todd and the Feature Landscapes team. Nigel
