Landscaping new lawn

Hi, We'd like the job to go ahead the week after next. We're after the fence (disposed of) to be removed and the extremely uneven lawn to be dug up, ridding the lawn of all the patchy grass and weeds. We'd like new soil to be dumped and a layer of top soil, and leveled, with new lawn seed being laid. To keep the dogs off, We'd like a temporary fence to be put back up using something like warratah and chicken wire. We've received one quote but it's always good to get a couple. Thanks
