We are looking to have the following done : Our backyard raised to the concrete pad (as per pictures supplied below) with artificial lawn covering the parameter of the entire backyard up to the back of the house. From the back of the house (as per picture below) we'd like concrete steps with pebbles (surrounding it) as a pathway from the deck along the back of the house to the front of the house. Additionally, we need drainage installed underneath the lawn as we have water sump issues that leads the water to the front of the house on rainy days. There is no visible drain at the front so the water sits under the carport during winter.
