Pizza Oven base

I'm looking to purchase a wood-fired pizza oven, but before doing so need to construct a base on which to sit the oven. While I'm considering this as a DIY project, before I commit to the work I'd like to explore whether it's possible to sit the oven on a timber platform instead. This platform would need to be approx. 2 metres high to sit on the side of our deck, with an area of 1200w by 1300d, and sturdy enough to support both the weight of the oven as well as an approx. 10cm thick steel-reinforced concrete benchtop. There would need to be an allowance made for an attached food service workbench to one side of the platform where pizza / roasts can be prepared. The requirements of this job would be: - Build 2000h x 1200w x 1300d timber platform with allowances for additional workbench area alongside - Cast steel-reinforced 10cm min. concrete base to sit atop the platform The oven itself will be delivered and constructed by another tradesperson.
