Stump removal and clearing plants/roots

We have recently had some landscaping done but unfortunately the landscaper left a section of what was a garden bed incomplete. We have cleared it as much as possible but there are some cabbage tree stumps (2-3) and plant roots as well as some old tarp/weed mat type material that used to line the garden bed. We would like this removed and we would like the area seeded with grass. It’s about a 4mx1m area so not very large.
