Fence and Retaining Wall

I have two fencelines that need to be build - 50m in total. I also have a retaining wall of up to 1m high which needs to be built - 30m in total. I will supply the PVC fence materials for the fences and also the keystones for the retaining wall. Would appreciate a per meter labour only cost for installing the PVC fence, and for building the retaining wall. Note: Some digging will be required before building the retaining wall, but I will pay for the excavation to happen before the retaining wall is built so no need to worry about those costs either. I will pay extra for backfilling costs once the retaining wall is built too. Just interested in the labour only costs at this stage.
