Retaining wall Te Atatu Peninsula

I’ve dug out an area behind our garage to prevent water run-off from entering and flooding the garage. I plan to add some scoria or similar for drainage and water storage tanks within the dug out area. Before I do this, the fence line needs a retaining wall where it is no longer supported, between the two posts shown in the photo. Care is needed as there is a pvc wastewater pipe running along the dug out area, it is just visible in the photos. The area is: 2620mm L x 1000 W x 600 H.
