Retaining Walls and Paving or concreting requirement #2

The area to retain is 4 meters by 4 meters, this would extend an existing retaining wall as shown in pictures. Once the retaining wall is complete the intention is also to pave the area in preparation for a spa pool that will be 2 meters by 2 meters. We would also like a quotation for the paving. We envisage the existing retaining wall being extended to provide for the easy of access from the house and also for power to the spa pool
