Repair retaining wall and fence

The retaining wall and fence is slowly collapsing. The length of the retaining wall itself is 11m and the affected part is around 6m with a height of 0.75m and is made of concrete blocks. The timber fence is 1.80m in height. I have attached pictures for reference. This needs to be fixed before it collapses. Thank you.

John did an excellent job on repairing our deteriorating retaining wall and fence. He was very communicative and answered all questions through comprehensive email explanations and phone calls to put us at ease. He helped us determine the most cost-effective options prior to starting the work and it was completed close to budget and on schedule. Great work done for a one man team. John was always reliable and on time. We will be using John for any future landscaping needs.
