Shift a small angled retaining wall to the boundary. Build a small 8sqm deck (pine) Box the retaining wall (timber) Garden boxes in the front and garden edging A small deck at the front door Ready lawn (47sqms approx) Cut down a dead tree at the back Remove the overgrown bush (weed) The job would require a site visit. It's hard to explain by photos.
