Garden retaining wall and re do front deck

We are trying to flatten out our front section so we are able to use it or park a car on. Along the fence line (approx 10 M) we would like to drop the height of the lawn by half a meter. Along the hedges (approx 7-8M) we would like to raise the lawn by 1 meter. Open to suggestions on how this could be down with a wooden retaining wall, garden boxes etc. We are happy to do all the digging just need someone to do the retaining wall, building side of things etc.
