Small lifestyle block needing design plan for native planting.

I own the property and would like a rough design plan drawn up which includes a plan for eradication of noxious plants (gorse and wild Ginger) around the houses and grassed areas, followed by planting of natives in the same areas to enhance both the looks and environmental impact of the property. I have a huge mortgage on the property, so I am not looking for an expensive top-end set of plans, they will need to be cost effective and simple. I have lots of simple but detailed ideas and a number of pdf brochures of what I think would be best planted. I just need someone who can draw diagrams and plans that I can follow for planting and ongoing maintenance. Prefer communication by email in the first instance, then a site visit and plans to follow. No urgent time frame for completion of work. Prefer local garden designer if able and definitely needs someone who understands, or is willing to study up on without charge to me, the planting needs of the Waitakere Ranges Foothills. I do not need the plans completed by anyone with formal qualifications, so even someone like a Landscape Design student who shows initiative and intelligence to complete the task would be accepted.
