Leveling backyard with new retaining wall and re seeding / planting new lawn

The rear of the property has a sloping lawn which we are wanting to level by getting a retaining wall built. The size of this lawn is around 40sqm with retaining wall 11-13 metres in length and 1200mm -1400mm in height. The total perimeter of the lawn is around 25m. Access to the rear of the site is from the side of the house (decked) 1.5m wide Keen to get ideas on retaining wall options (Gable, Stone, Timber) as there may be waste water and storm water services running down in close proximity.
