Small section clearing and grading

I am looking for someone to come in and clear the front section of my house i.e. remove flax and small fence (in picture) but leaving the lemon tree. I would like to either grade the area or have a small retaining wall built where the existing structure is depending on price. There is currently a small retaining wall built at the base of the 'half fence' which is failing. The goal is to remove the soil/gravel that has built up around the front of the house and grade it based on the angle of the house from fence up to driveway. Ultimately would like to turn this area back to mowable grass in the short term to make it easier to maintain.
