Create Parking area

I wish to add a parking area to the front of my property in Laingholm. This would require building 3 retaining walls no more than 75-80cm high, and then filling with base metal, with a gravel topping and levelling. The area would be 3m wide x 7m long, approx. Some tree trimming may be required. I would like to have this completed by the beginning of June.
