Landscape -Help Needed ASAP!

My lawns, gardens etc needs urgent attention/ makeover- since buying this property, its not only been hard to settle into the home but the effort to get the outside to look bearable has taken too much time, stress, money and tears shed.. I need someone to help with garden creations etc. I cannot seem to plant anything in the grounds - every tree, plant or shrub i try to grow seems to just die or dry out .. I need someone who can offer me help with turning the outside of this House into a Home- a beautiful/ presentable home. I would really like this to be done soon as it would make my mother so happy and proud of her gardens/lawn and home…I would really like someone who is genuine,reasonable and gets the job done efficiently - No Time Wasters please.
