Fencing retaining landscaping

Need a fence replacement quite big job possibly due to existing planting and land contour, also some landscaping and retaining walls. Difficult machine access for retaining walls post drilling. Not sure about material for fence, possibly timber - I like tounge and groove horizontal fences with capping. Limited budget. Can be separate landscape contractors if necessary. e.g. A fencer and then a retainer/landscaper.. Doesnt have to be same person or company
