Planter box required

I want to enquire how much it would cost to create a planter box across the bottom of my retaining wall. It's about 5m wide and 1m high, we would need it to be secured to the retaining wall. The ground isn't flat and parts would need to be custom built (possibly onsite?) We're not expecting you to fill it at this time. We'd prefer to keep cost under $1k if that's reasonable
