Full property landscape design, planning and project management

I would like to completely re design the landscaping around my entire property. In particular removal of the concrete on the patio and re-design and modernisation. Flat section at front of house, with a flat (currently concreted) north facing patio. Back of property ( Eastern side) is native bush with a pathway leading to the basement. Western side of property has a vege garden and lemon trees. Would like a design to incoporate the feasible area of the 545 m2 property.
