Excavate area for car park. Build retaining walls and move iron fence to new position. Relocate hedging. Install base for car park. Base to be either aggregate concrete or river stone on natural pavers being hexaganol plastic sheets filled with stone,The entrance will be at back of house via shared driveway where boundary wall concrete blocks ht .700 +- not concreted but interlocked and metal fence to be removed and placed in new location.Area is 5.0mx3.5mx.900mm.
