Landscapers wanted

We want to landscape our very worn backyard. The key things is we'd like it to be low maintenance, good for entertaining, and practical for two dogs (who dig). -We have a retaining wall that isn't eye-pleasing -We have a lot of stones/bark that is just wasting space and that dogs keep moving. -Side fencing garden beds that don't anything yet. -Potentially would like a deck if it doesn't inflate the budget -We have restrictions of tree sizing, and would prefer sub-tropical plants
