Seating area

We would like a wooden border around the garden (I was thinking sleepers at grass level so we could mow the lawn easily) to plant behind, and a paved area for some seats and a bbq. We probably need to remove some old concrete pavers as well. There is a slight slope to the lawn so ideally we would like to level the area in front of the border just a bit so it is flatter. We will probably also remove the old washing line post too. Just wondering how much it would be to have some help with this.
