Garden SOS

Awhile back I completely removed the top layer of soil from my garden, with the aim of installing a path and having something fairly low maintenance. I realised afterwards the earth isn’t flat enough, which is making the job more difficult than I thought. I need someone to come check this out and either flatten the earth and install a path, or suggest something else that will keep the garden as low maintenance as possible. Open to suggestions.
