1. Remove old existing retaining wall (half rounds) at front of house and remove excess ground material to widen distance to boundary. 2. Install new retaining wall as per existing one higher up. 3. Level ground between new retain wall and boundary to form a driveway to access rear of section. 4. Remove all excess material.
