new landscape

I would like to rejuvenate my landscape around my home. I am on a rear slightly sloped section, total section is approx. 450sqm including house. however the section which need to get the work done is small (around the house as I have got couple of decks at the front and back of the house. I am looking to have a lawn, pavestones, small garden, may be bit of concrete (that can be arranged by me) and a framework to enhance.
