Sleepout Ground Preparation

We require demolition and removal of 8 concrete steps and brown wooden retaining wall. The retaining wall and steps will then need to be rebuilt, with a new wooden retaining wall to be 6.5 metres by 450 mm perpendicular to the house (no curve). Site levelling behind the new retaining to be completed and will include packing and drainage in preparation for a new sleep out to be lifted in. The existing back retaining wall will need to be extended to the edge of the house and tidied up. Site work will need to be coordinated with plumber who will fit new gas hot water system along the side of the house.
