A small rock garden feature

I have an area about 1.5 by 1.5 metres, under our front deck, which is shady most of the time. This area is ready to be turned into a rock garden. It will be a main feature as you enter the house. We live in titirangi, and want the plants to blend in to the natural environment. We have the rocks ready, but no idea what to plant or how to design it. We would like a professional to design and build/plant the garden.
