Build a 2 board high retaining wall alongside fence

We have excavated a small portion of dirt alongside our house by the neighbours fence. We need a retaining wall to be built. Measurements are 1.8 x 21 x 2 m at two boards high with capping. See photos attached for reference. First photos are of the strip which needs the retaining wall. The last photo is of a planter box we already have in our garden - for consistency we would like the same style for the retaining wall. We are ready to get this job underway any time from now :)
