Digging out dirt

We need a labourer to dig out the dirt by 20cm. So a footing of a block wall can be exposed for concrete cutter to cut the footing. As we putting deck there. See photos below. Dirt from both sides of the footing needs to be dug out so the footing can be cut. One side of the footing is drainpipes which needs to be taken out while making space for concrete cutter/exposing the footing. Drain layer needs to re-do the drainage work at this spot.
