Wooden retaining wall needed
Job description
I need a wooden retaining wall built along the side of my house to support the bank. Some dirt needs to be removed. The wall is approx 8 mtrs long and will need to be about 2 mtrs high. An engineer thought that it may be good to use 150mm SED timber poles with minimum 1.5m embedment (minimum pole length 3.5m), cast in 30MPa concrete, spaced in 1m centres. 200 x 75mm lagging. Install Novacoil drainage behind wall wrapped in geotextile fabric and backfilled with AP65 fill. Drainange discharged to nearest stormwater outlet. I look forward to your contact.

Deb and Jeff and the crew are fantastic tradespeople They are honest, have integrity and really did the best job possible. I had significant drainage and retaining put in following a large landslide which threatened the safety of my home. They spent many unpaid hours investigating the problem and formulating a solution prior to the commencement of work. They have done an amazing job and i am very grateful for their expertise.
