Entry Paving

I am looking at re-paving our front entrance to our house. I have attached photos of our front entrance as well as a sketch of what we propose. Its all old brick cemented in. We will remove this brick ourselves and look to dig down to the depth needed to bring it back up. I have attached a rough sketch on what we are looking for, would be good to get your thoughts on this and an estimate on the cost to do so, brief scope as follow's (happy for any suggestions both on design and layout) 1. We will remove the old and dig down to levels - If you could advise how far down well need to dig. 2. Paving up to where the corner of the house starts, same level as the current concrete finish by the front door. 3. Once the corner of the house starts we will have a landscape strip 500mm on both the fence and house side. 4. Pavers running up the middle with pebbles of some sort in and around the paving. Landscape strip and paver area to be separated by a timber boarder (or an alternative if you suggest). 5. We will take care of the soft landscape areas. Just let you price up the paving, timber strip and paving steps. 6. Will we need weedmate under the paving steps and pebbles area?
