Fix up retaining wall

We have a retaining wall on the border between our property and our next door neighbour (we are on the high side of the retaining wall) that has pushed out past vertical. I believe this is due to the root system from the hedge that used to be there, expanding and pushing the earth against the wall. I think that the wall is continuing to push further out, so I would like to re-stabilise it.
