We need to remove most of the concrete surface laid at the back of our house, replace with grass area & footpaths. We only need to keep enough driveway to be able to drive the car into the garage. We also need to excavate a footpath on one of the sides of the house (can be seen on the photos where the scoria & pavers are). The ground level of this footpath is currently too high against the house foundations and needs to be lowered down ( 20cm or so). There will likely be small retaining walls to build around the area. Drainage has also been an issue due to uneven concreted surfaces so we need someone with a good understanding of drainage principles to address this in the new design. Happy to show you the site & discuss options.
