Landscaping- mature tree planting to privatise home.

Our front of home has no privacy and is very exposed to our neighbours house. I require landscaping to privatise our home and improve our outlook. Neighbour has just undertaken a large building extension which is unfortunately very close to fenceline and completely dominating from our side. Privatising is now a huge priority and I wish to privatise with urgency. Require mature trees along the fenceline, at least as high as top of neighbours windows, if not higher. Require low maintenance trees that will offer all year round privacy and trees that will not require topping/trimming. Space is problematic, so need trees that are tall but slim. Also approximately 3-4 metres requiring privatising is concrete drive so need raised garden solution/planters? A few metres pebbled also with weedmat, a few more metres to privatise is grassy area. Require mature cherry blossom tree to replace tree stump to be removed. 2-3 fruit trees installed Interested tall planters to grow food (must be tall enough so dogs cannot urinate in them) Hoping to spend around $10-13k tops
