Backyard tile laying

We've got a small area in our back yard that had uneven tiles, which we've put to the side. We've filled it with a base of sand, so we now need it mixed with cement or something similar so it doesn't shift, and then have the tiles laid on it again. We're not sure the best materials for the job, so need advice as well as the work done.

Joshua was extremely efficient and helpful. Prompt communications, work and friendly. They did an excellent job - that didn't break the bank! I would recommend them to everyone and definitely be using them again.
