Hedging

I am buying some hedging plants and need a handy landscaper to plant them. It will be a long 10m section. I also need some good soil put in, a drainage line run to the tap and some bark chipping for topping. There are some old hedges, very small to be re-located to some other areas of the garden, I can show where.
