Basic landscaping to tidy up neighbours back yard after drainage work + trees planted & vegetable garden built

We've just about completed major drainage works in our back yard and our neighbours back yard, and we need to do some basic landscape work to tidy up our neighbours back yard. We'll need some topsoil brought in and spread, a vegetable garden boundary created with something like wooden sleepers, some grass sewn in the area around the vege garden and some decent sized trees brought in and planted to screen their property from ours. Area to be covered is approx 5m x 6m. Wooden boundary fence to be built after landscape work completed too - between 10-14m length Need to undertake the work in about 2-4 weeks time once the drainage work is complete & Council inspections signed off.
