Courtyard + Parking Area

I have two areas that I want to lay crushed shell on top of Jakmat or similar. A car park area - 8m x 6m It's flat and at present has grass cover. A brick border around x2 sides. The other area out back is almost exactly the same size, is flat and has grass cover too. That courtyard space will have garden beds both raised and in ground. Brick border again - one one side, a mowing strip. The fence/garage to have pine or macrocarpa border. We require someone to manage the digger hire and also the laying of jakmat and shells and brick border in concrete. I will supply bricks and raised garden beds.
