Landscaping on a new house in Hobsonville Pt

I've recently bought a new house with a basic back garden that I'd like to make the following improvements to: 1) Replacement of some turf with pebbles in areas of high foot traffic 2) Installation of a low fence 3) Installation and planting of beds along three fence edges 4) Re-seeding of lawn 5) Additional planting in the barked area above the retaining wall Beyond these basic requirements I'm looking for someone who can advise on design, layout, and plant choices, as well as doing all the hard work :)
