Build us a pond + Waterfall Installation... in a challenging area! (our 4m high retaining walls)

We have really high retaining walls at the back of our house. We would like to have cliff panels (link below) installed as waterfalls and use the retaining walls to our advantage. We want the 1st 1/3 to be at the top, 2nd 1/3 to be at the middle tier, then falling down to the last 1/3 of the cliff panel. Ultimately dropping to a pond about 6 sqm (part of this job also). We are willing to pay nothing more than $5000. Absolute last price sorry. We've learnt our lesson to have a price from the beginning to ensure we dont waste anyone's time! We want the pond to be modern looking ie made of tiles/concrete etc. CLIFF PANELS we are going to buy. We want a quote for installation before we buy these. ---
