Fortiying a timber fence and earth filling

I have a property on a slope, and need to fortify the existing fence with possibly treated timber boards, and fill it in with top soil. I could probably handle purchasing all materials required, i.e. the timber and topsoil. Need a tradesperson to actually put the timber properly to the fence and spread out the top soil.
