Reinforcing Retaining Walls - Some Digging Required

We have soil that is being supported by a fence and wall and we need retaining walls to solidify that area. It is about 10 metres in length and 1/2 metre high. We would like to get this fixed asap. We are looking to spend as little as possible for quality work so we will be deciding on price and knowledge on retaining walls for existing soil in place.
