Walkway Urgently Required

I require a walkway (of approximately 9 x 1 metre) from the front of the house steps to the driveway. I need the walkway built urgently- before the Winter rains when the yard will turn to sludge! I had tried to level this area, removing the topsoil which resulted in water pooling in the area when it rains. A builder suggested I should get a drain layer to advise me on installing a cesspit but I don't think that is necessary at all as I had no drainage issues before levelling the ground. i cannot create any more impermeable surfaces. I thought we could look at filling the area with stones but I also need a flat, level surface we can walk on without damaging our heels. The first 2 photos is of the area where I need the walkway. The next 3 photos are of ideas I've been tossing around. The photo of the blue pavers with the red bricks- I would love to do something similar but it would need to match the carpark concrete area. The square concrete pavers in the next photo would match but possibly closer together or concreted together with stones along the sides as in the last photo. I would really value some ideas please. Time is flying by- this is becoming a bit urgent now. I had to choose a budget from the drop down box.
