2015 - Raised Garden Bed

Hi, I would like a raised garden bed to be created, I haven't been able to measure it but its at least roughly 3mx3m and around 11 inches high. We have a lot of clay in our back yard, which means our soil etc, gets washes away in the rain. I'd like some options to keep a water reservoir under the bed to help with the watering. I have included a rough sketch of the bed in the pictures below, I am happy for anyone to come in to have a look for a quote. I would like the garden bed to have some space from the fences as we will be getting those replaced (a different job to be posted :) ) and I want there to be enough space for that to happen. Time wise, I'd like to get this done in the next week or 2 so that we can get the garden going asap.

William did a great job, and kept me abreast of any changes. The final say was from my mum who was happy :) Even after we had to change the design a bit, William was supportive the entire process. I would recommend William to anyone out there looking for good quality work, and someone who takes pride in their work.
