Steps and garden fence project. 2

Want to build steps from our concrete front deck down to the little yard, then fence the front deck and little yard off. Imagine two squares with only the corners touching - that's our deck to yard situation. See photos. House on one side and car park area to the front of the deck. Deck front is about 5.3m long, yard is about 6.5m square. Steps would have to cut into parking area a bit. Might push fence back onto concrete parking area. Need someone who can remove current fence, build steps (that would cut into raised garden) and add new fence and gates. Want a metal fence because we want to maximise sunlight to deck and grass. Fencing off so that toddler and dog can play safely in front area. Concrete wall abuts South end of yard so only two edges and deck front need fence.
