Henderson landscaping job

I have a couple of garden\landscaping areas at my house that need some work, including... - Removing a bamboo palm tree approx 5m high with diameter of 400mm. I'd like to stump ground to just under ground level so a layer of topsoil can be added for grassing. Tree waste removed from site - I'd like 2-3 rose bushes planted into an existing garden area alongside the house, and some minor weeding - Paving an area of 20 sqm, I can supply the pavers (they will be standard sqaure shape, approx 300mm square) - Remove 4 small palm trees growing too close to the house. I'm aiming to have work completed by Saturday 28th November... I appreciate this is not much lead time, but if anyone has a gap in the workflow and is interested please get in touch. The jobs aren't huge, I imagine approx 2 days would do it. Let me know what you think's possible. Many thanks :)
