Looking at building a reatining wall, will be used as a car park in the future. House currently is getting renovated, waiting for Council consent. Been told that an engineer report and council consent is required, wanted to discuss with someone experienced in this type of work first. Part of the renovation is to excarvate under the house and would like to use this soil to level the side of the house as it is on a slope.
