Basic Landscape Plan

Hi there, My partner and I are building a new house in Lincoln, due to be finished in January 2020. We urgently need to provide the developers with a landscaping plan for approval. Aiming to get it sorted this week. We want something that is low maintenance and looks simple and nice. Depending on quote/cost, we may also need someone to complete the landscaping work also once the build is finished.
