Job description
Need a 14m long 1.5m high timber retaining wall for a bank where 3 new 22,500l water tanks will be placed, on a rural site in Kumeu. Job needs to be completed by mid October, please.

Had good regular communication through out the job. However, costs were underestimated due to insufficient allowance for some items eg concrete; extra timber was required; we did share most of the cost variations; workmanship wise post spacing for the 1.5 retaining wall was not consistent at 1.0m.

"My schedule was impeccable.
Costs increased as the specifications changed to bigger holes, bigger poles and with bigger holes comes more concrete.
More than 45 posts were placed and 2 were not 1m apart as they should have been with the large holes drilled and posts placed in the holes by another party that had to get to another job and the owner wanted dirt moved..."
